Warranty coverage

Every watch purchased from WatchYourTime includes a two-month warranty covering the proper operation of its movement. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Vintage watches have been previously owned and may be several decades old. Small differences in timekeeping accuracy, performance or operation are therefore expected and form part of the nature of a vintage timepiece. These normal variations are not treated as faults under the warranty.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect or unsuitable handling
  • Faults or damage resulting from repairs, alterations or servicing carried out without our authorization
  • Any exposure to water, steam or moisture
  • Normal aging, deterioration and everyday wear
  • Battery replacement, a depleted battery, or problems caused by an old or depleted battery
  • Cosmetic signs of age or use, including scratches, marks and wear affecting the case, crystal, bracelet or strap

Requesting warranty assistance

If you believe your watch has developed an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us with a description of the problem and clear photographs or videos that demonstrate the concern.

All warranty requests must be inspected and assessed by our team before coverage can be confirmed. Where practical, we may first offer remote guidance to help resolve the issue without requiring the watch to be returned.

If a return is necessary and the request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both to WatchYourTime and for the repaired watch to be sent back.

Once the watch has been received, inspected and repaired, it will be returned to the customer.

Refund policy

Refunds are only considered when our team has assessed the watch and confirmed that it is faulty or not functioning properly. A refund will not be provided for normal vintage characteristics, expected variations in timekeeping, cosmetic wear, or any condition detail that was disclosed before purchase.

Before completing your order, please review all photographs, videos, measurements and written information on the product page carefully. Placing an order confirms that you have examined these details and accepted the vintage watch in the condition shown and described.
